Lubbock Live is almost here, and we couldn’t be more excited. On August 29, Two Docs Brewing Co. is going to be packed with local bands, art vendors, food trucks, and pretty much every fun thing the Hub City has to offer. We look forward to this one every year.

Here’s the thing about spending a full day outside at a music festival in August: it takes a lot out of you. You’re walking between stages, checking out the art booths, waiting in line for tacos, and doing it all under the Texas sun. That’s a recipe for a great time, but only if you’re keeping up with your water intake.

Don’t wait until you’re exhausted to find a drink. Make it a habit to grab some water between every set. Staying hydrated means you can actually enjoy the music all day long without hitting that wall around 4 o’clock when the afternoon heat peaks. Trust us, your legs will thank you.
