Route Sales Representative (RSR)
Route Sales Representatives deliver our quality products to customers in defined areas. These customers value our superior, personalized service. Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed as an Individual and as part of a Team.
Route Sales Commissions: Starting RSR’s earn 10% commission on their sales. These sales are to established customers who are repeat buyers of a specific set of products. Routes have average annual commissions of $30,000 – $40,000 depending on geographic area and experience of driver.
New Account Commissions: RSR’s can also earn additional commissions by signing up new customers which provides an instant extra commission as well as helping to grow the overall sales on their existing routes.

Requirements:
- Route Operations Experience Preferred
- CDL Preferred, but will help qualified candidate complete training
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
- Integrity and Dependability
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
- At least 21 years old, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving related convictions in the last 7 years
- Able to stand, bend and lift and carry equipment and bottles weighing up to 50 pounds, approximately 200 times a day
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Basic Computer Operation (PDA)
- Sales or Negotiation Techniques
- Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills
- Knowledge of the hub city and surrounding areas for routing purposes
