A message from AquaOne CEO About COVID-19

To our Valued Customers, 

We appreciate your patience and support as we adapt to this very fluid situation. Our priorities remain unchanged: the safety and well-being of our customers and team members and the ongoing safe manufacturing and delivery of our products and services. As the World Health Organization has stressed, the coronavirus has not been detected in public drinking water supplies, and the risk is low due to the virus having a fragile outer membrane. We process all of our bottled water products through a well-designed, multi-barrier process that includes the use of ozone disinfection in a sealed system.

As concerns over the spread of coronavirus have increased, so has the demand for safe, high quality water. As a result, we have had higher demand for our products. We ask that you practice good social awareness and think of your neighbor. We are enabling you to order a maximum of 3 extra five-gallon bottled water to your existing recurring order. We are placing the limit during this period to ensure that all customers can have a supply at home or in the office. We also have a wide selection of other bottled water options, including a variety of case water packs available for delivery and ask that you consider these options as your emergency water supply if needed.

As you already know, our deliveries are a no-contact service; you can leave your empty bottles outside, and we will replace them accordingly.
